We ship from Erfurt, Germany.

We ship all over the world. 

 

What is the shipping cost?

Our standard domestic shipping flatrate for Germany is €2,60.

Standard international shipping flatrate is €3,50.

For tracked shipping with signature, add €2,50.

Orders over €30 are eligible for free shipping with code FREESHIP. This only applies to standard shipping. If you want tracked shipping but would still like to be able to take advantage of the free shipping code (only pay the €2,50 difference), please email us BRKHouseNYC@gmail.com

 

When can I expect my order?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been received. Orders are processed 3 days a week. We ship via Deutsche Post envelopes and small packages. Our standard shipping option does not include tracking for international. We do however offer an upgrade for €2,50.

 

Below are the estimated delivery times to your destination: 


Europe 7-10 business days


Everywhere else 2-4 weeks

 

How can I track my order?

If you selected "tracked shipping" at checkout, you will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation. While your package is in Germany, you can track it via https://www.deutschepost.de/sendung/simpleQuery.html

Once your package reached its destination country, you can track it via your local postal service (USPS, Royal Mail etc). 

 

What if my package got lost?

Unfortunately packages can get lost sometimes. As the delivery of items is out of our hands after packages are dropped at the Post Office, we can’t take responsibility for packages that have been lost in transit, stolen or mis-delivered. If you feel like your package has been lost or is taking unusually long to be delivered, please contact us with your order number and we will work with you to find a solution. Please note that we do not offer refunds. 

 

What if my package arrived but a product is missing or damaged?

Please email us at BRKHouseNYC@gmail.com and send us a picture of the damaged items and we'll try to find a solution together.

 

What is your return policy?


We don't currently accept returns. If, however, your item is damaged upon arrival, please snap a photo of the damages and email it to us at BRKHouseNYC@gmail.com. We will gladly send you a new item (if its still in stock), or replace it with a similar item.

 

Do you accept wholesale orders?


Yes we do! If you're interested in carrying our products at your store, please contact us via email BRKHouseNYC@gmail.com
